Exams!!!
Whenever i hear this word,then i will be the most unhappy man in the world,who knows may be ,you?Okay leave it!At present all the school and college students feel tensed since exams dates are coming close.All the guys working hard to chase and win your dreams.At this time DIET plays important role in your activities.There will lots of confusion in your minds.
Actually,lots of people will say that if you have something heavier,then you will slept.Of course it is a true statement.Then how should we consume food?Which is the good time to have food?How much quantity of food will take?You may confused with these questions.
Let i tell some simple dieting methods during examinations.
Start up with breakfast,have bowl of oats and fruit juice.(if you eat Egg then have it one)
or
2-4 IDLIS/3 DOSA/3 CHAPPATHIS.(any one item)
For lunch,you may take chappathis,curd and vegetable salads.You may also take meals but consume less amount of rice
Evening go for Tea hot tea with some biscuits or snack.
Night again go for chappathis,vegetables,salads or fish.Then don’t read full night,take regular intervals.Sleep minimum six hours.First take care of your health,all the things next.Study well and have a bright future a head.
